Ivana Aničić, expert associate for legal affairs, projects, and volunteering at the Croatian Academic Sports Federation, delivered a lecture on the topic “Volunteers in Sport” as part of the Education Program for Sports Professionals.
The program, organized by the Croatian Olympic Academy, brings together representatives of national sports federations and local sports communities with the aim of improving knowledge and cooperation within the sports sector.
In her presentation, Ivana emphasized the key role of UniSport volunteers in organizing sports events, explaining in detail how volunteer programs are planned and implemented. She placed special emphasis on the possibilities for cooperation between sports federations and local communities, providing participants with valuable tools for developing volunteer initiatives.
This lecture further strengthened awareness of the importance of volunteering in sport and inspired participants to work together to promote these values at all levels.
